Kathleen Hall Jamieson to give 20th Annual Kenneth Burke Lecture in Rhetoric April 24
The Center for Democratic Deliberation at Penn State is pleased to announce the 20th Annual Kenneth Burke Lecture in Rhetoric, featuring nationally renowned political commentator Kathleen Hall Jamieson. Director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania, Jamieson is the author of 16 books on political communication, campaigns, and political rhetoric and a frequent guest on PBS News Hour, Moyers and Company, and many other programs. Jamieson’s talk, "Patterns of Deception in the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Campaigns,” will be in 112 Kern Building on the University Park campus at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24.
